A new me.. Day 2

I've been here, but I can honestly say this hasn't been an issue this time.. Even though the left over Halloween candy still continues to scream at me from the boys room.

Day 2 on the 8 day challenge.

WOW ! Today has been a great day, speeding around the house cleaning, and doing things that I had put off all year. I posted a video around 11 am this morning, and boy my energy was high, and it continued throughout the day. For breakfast I had a Lean Shake from my Ultimate kit by Xyngular, for lunch had a broccoli and asparagus salad with home made pomegranate dressing made fresh. I told Keith, I feel like I just ate when I went in for my snack of yogurt this afternoon.  So day 2 I can tell you feels great, and I haven't been left unsatisfied after meals, and my house is loving the deep cleaning.
Today's study in Begin with Christ began with Hebrews 4:14 -16
Therefore, since we have a great high priest who has passed through the heavens- Jesus the Son of God- let us hold fast to the confession. For we do not have a great high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but One who has been tested in every way as we are, yet without sin. Therefore, let us approach the throne of grace with boldness, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us at the proper time.

How many times do we go around wondering where Jesus is? when he is right there standing in the gap for us, knowing what we're going through and has gone trough it but did not sin. He understands that strong hunger pain, and the need to fulfill something that he isn't needing within life, but yet he didn't give in to it. We tend to begin thinking Jesus doesn't understand at all what we're going through, when actually he is just sitting there waiting for us to wake up and see he's right there with every knowledge of the temptation. He was tempted when he was hungry by the devil, but yet didn't give in to that temptation and gave it straight to his father. How many times are we tempted and we stand alone unwilling to give it over to God? Food, Finances, Mental health, physical health we tend to trust more in humans then we do God. Why is that?
Verse 16 tells us to bring our hardships to him with not half the faith, but with BOLDNESS and confidence where there is Mercy and grace waiting for us. The best part is that last phrase in the verse. To help us at the proper time; Jesus knows when that extra need for attention is going to be counted on during stressful times, and temptations. He is there wanting to carry us, sometimes it's with Dr's and those he's given that gift to, but sometimes it's just by reaching out to him. Guess what, our weakness is his strength. My hairpulling, the mental stress I place on myself, having to be physically fit and taking care of the temple God created just for me, Jesus knows and has the strength when we are weak, but we must be willing to hand it over.
Proverbs 24:10 states. If you do nothing in a difficult time, your strength is limited. If we don't not give to Jesus those things that are weighing us down, and causing struggles we will be weak, because our only source of strength is Jesus.
So today just remember your strength comes from one source, during good times and bad. Xyngular is an amazing product that uses what God has given for our health, but it won't give us strength. Only God! If you have questions about xyngular please let me know we have amazing life coaches that can walk both of us through getting you all set, but more importantly if you have questions about this Jesus who is our strength PLEASE let me know and I personally can walk you through that understanding.
